The site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the arrangement of them — are owned by or licensed to KALM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The COMPETE framework, the 4Bs framework, KALMind, and associated materials are proprietary to KALM.
You may access and read the site for personal, non-commercial informational use. You may share links and short quotations consistent with fair dealing or fair use. Any other use — including republication, redistribution, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.
4. Your submissions
If you submit information through the contact form or any other channel, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it. You grant KALM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including responding to your enquiry and operating the site.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information through the contact form that is not relevant to your enquiry.
5. Third-party links & services
The site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services (for example, form-handling and analytics). We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
6. Enquiries are not agreements
Information on the site describes KALM's capabilities at a general level and is not an offer or commitment to provide services. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between KALM and the client. No employment, fiduciary, advisory, or other legal relationship is created by your use of the site or submission of an enquiry.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KALM, its partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the site — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not KALM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KALM and its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied to a dispute arising out of use of a website operated from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi for any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, except that KALM may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction necessary to protect its intellectual property.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
